I leave the GM tag I got years ago on my backpack as it still has a bar code, and if it gets lost/stolen/etc hopefully someone will scan it and get it back to me.

It is the last luggage tag I have with a bar code as DL has broken the many I put on my roller board when I am late to a flight/connection and the family of 4 has brought on 19 bags for the overhead, and I have to gate check it. I never understood in that short journey how they come back in half or completely gone.

Otherwise unless DL just does not like me I have not gotten a luggage tag with anything on the back in the last year or two
