By clicking the button “start here” you will be directed to the survey hosted by MRM/McCann. Your participation is voluntary. Your answers will be treated anonymous and results are aggregated in all analysis and will not be shared with 3rd parties. The 500 award miles will only be credited to you as recipient of this e-mailing and only onetime, if you have completed the survey. The 500 miles will be credited automatically until 15 March 2015. The e-mailing and survey is not transferable and only recipients selected from Miles & More to participate in the survey are eligible for the award miles.
