I've seen a lot of ticket prices go up, in fact.
For fuel prices: most airlines hedge a lot of their fuel a long time ahead, based on prognosis and oil prices. I'm pretty sure that most of the fuel for 2015 had already been agreed upon before the start of the year. I can only hope that someone at SAS now wakes up and does some proper fuel hedging with the current oil prices for the rest of the fuel and the longer term. It would be typically SAS if they wait too long and hedge at $20 a barrel more or so...
