Have you checked the App Store on your iPhone to see if there is an update for the JetBlue App? Also, have you tried closing the app (not just minimizing it) and reopening it?

Even if the app store doesn't have a notification that there is an update, I would search for the app, and let it refresh that way to determine whether you need to update.
