I was flying to Tel Aviv to celebrate my birthday via Istanbul by Turkish airline but unfortunately my luggage was left over in Istanbul during the transition by Turkish airline.

I received it after one day which happened in the end of November. I know the case has exceeded 21 days claim period, however I just got time during new year period to check the policy and knew that I could claim my compensation.

Is there any way I could still claim my compensation to TK?
