One of my co-workers in Egypt with a local SIM three weeks ago reported spotty internet in general, not sure if this was local ISP issues or backhaul data issues. His comment was before the political changes this was NEVER an issue on local SIM WCDMA. Don't know if part of the issues are just plain lack of bandwidth locally affecting backhaul to TMO.
