All along I was able to login to mypoints account. I had IE5.0 and use Win 98.

All of a sudden I cannot login and it says the login info that you have provided does not the system...(means my login ID and Password combo is not correct...in reality it is)

I tried login into my account from work and it works just fine with same login combination.

Then I upgraded the browser (from IE5.0 to 6.0). So I have Win 98 and IE6.0

I still cannot login..same problems.

Anyone has any clue what is wrong..is it some security settings, cookies enable/disable...what?

Please help..I spoke with Mypoints CSR..couldn't figure it out.
