Tried signing up a family member, and I got the email saying, "Please upload these documents to this site or fax in." However, when I click on the link to upload, it brings me to the AMEX Serve site and I can't log in. However, I can log in from the Redbird site. Anyone else had this problem?

Was there another email I missed for me to confirm the email so that I can actually sign into the AMEX Serve site to upload the documents?

nevermind - I had to hack the link. Stupid AMEX. The correct Redbird secure upload link is - https://secure.prepaidredcard.com/User/SecureFileUpload
