Bermuda Property?

Well, not in the Caribbean but it seems that we can add this to the SPG rumor pile:

Bermuda (UK)
St. Regis Bermuda

Anyone who has been to Bermuda knows that it is lacking real estate so this is a surprise if it is a new resort.
