It's (as guessed) indeed FRA-IAH, and it is for early October 2015. I have seen all the charts kindly provided by mduell but sadly fail to understand what they are supposed to say, especially the third table.
The third table is the amount of taxi/delay time allowed by comparing the scheduled block time (gate to gate) with the actual flight times (runway to runway) over the past few years, for each aircraft type in each month.
