Called today on my Barclays/Bank of Hawaii card with a $79 fee. They offered to waive half the fee, but the card has few benefits worth paying for so I downgraded to the Barclaycard Rewards no fee card (also had the option to downgrade to the Barclaycard Arrival no fee card).
