Finally gave in an called WN CS. I needed to make a CP reservation for TPA in two weeks that I didn't want to sell out.

The CSR was very helpful and explained the problem. She said that Mrs. Sleasure's Rapid Rewards account had been "suspended" since she hadn't had any points earned in the past couple of years. That makes sense, since Mrs. Sleasure is always flying on a rewards ticket or CP. But, since her RR account is on ice right now, and her RR account number is tied to the CP, we're stuck.

Was told that they are working on a solution but no date was given.
