I would complain - we don't want to mislead them in to thinking their wait times are acceptable.

I never appreciated how good it could be [and thus how bad BA/T5 is] until I landed at LHR T3 from ORD yesterday morning.

Landed at 11am, at stand by 11.10am, out of aircraft by 11.14am, at immigration by 11.22am, through immigration by 11.25am and came down to the baggage hall at 11.27am to find my bags emerging on the belt.

Doors open to collecting my bags after immigration in 15 minutes is how it should be every time!

I just can't fathom why BA can't do priority handling [and improve their baggage performance in general] in a new terminal at one of the world's biggest airports.
