Finally managed to enroll, using an Indian address! Now, while I'm able to log into the account on the website, when I add the number to my existing reservation, the following message appears:

"Frequent Flyer Number 192793355 entered by you for Guest _____ is either incorrect or does not match the details recorded in the Jet Privilege Frequent Flyer Account"

And forget about that Service Center where I called yesterday...
the names on the ticket and the account should exactly match. not initials v/s full name and vice versa
