The first flight PVG to KUL was severely delayed/cancelled so ended up flying to Singapore with MU business class. Few others in line before me were more lucky and scored SQ business class seat. Majority of those holding Economy class tickets were put to Ramada hotel to wait hours and hours for the next available connection to KUL.
