Air Canada delayed baggage compensation
Hi all,
I am Star Alliance Gold member and I flew to Cuba using Air Canada from London Heathrow.
On the flight back from Holguin to London Heathrow via Toronto Pearsons my 2 luggage were lost/delayed.
The flight from Holguin to Toronto was Air Canada Rouge.
My 2 luggage were tagged to be sent directly to London Heathrow.
I have arrived in Heathrow on the 4th January 2015 and created a case against my missed/delayed luggage and I have not received any update since then.
Meanwhile all my underwear and toiletries are in my luggage which means I will have to go and buy new ones while waiting to receive my luggage.
I was wondering what is my entitlement from Air Canada for interim costs and compensation for my delayed bags.
Is there any number I can contact them to arrange this. I do not seem to be able to reach out to them.
