Pisa is a good option - there is a direct train from Florence SMN to Pisa airport, so it's quite a good option. I can see PSA-ORY for under €50 at the moment.

I'd choose ORY well over BVA - there's the 'Orlyval' people mover that takes you to Antony on RER line B - then it's 15 minutes to central Paris. BVA is an hour's bus ride away.

Ryanair have improved of late, but easyJet are significantly more user-friendly.

Transavia also fly this route.
