It rejects my password and date of birth, and depopulates the drop down boxes for Title and Nationality and also only runs the date of birth drop down up to '30' days (and I'm a '31'). Anyone have experience of this? Have cleared my cache but the problem persists.

I'm in Japan and an hours worth of calling the Tokyo office gets nothing. Very frustrated and I have a 48hour deadline for the hold on the ticket.
Any advice gratefully appreciated.
