Check Vueling and AZ too, especially for Rome-Paris. The competition on that route will give you more "cheap" choices. Are the prices you quote for all 4 passengers? If yes, it will be very difficult to beat the Ryanair one.

PS What exactly do you mean by travelling "safely" after 9 pm? In Europe one travels safely 24 hours a day!
