Can I change BA flight dates if booked Club World
Hi
I booked 4 business class tickets from london to Mauritius and paid with my Amex ba card for them. I also booked a cod for my 3 months old son. We suppose to fly out on the 17th of March but I have just been told that my sons passport will not be ready by then. It seems I can not cancel or amend tickets online, when I booked it seemed that there was no restriction in terms of changing dates. Can you please advise what are best steps to take? (I have not had a chance to call ba yet as offices closed until tomorrow morning)
