That is funny and sad. The lack of product knowledge must be the biggest frustration to customers for negative customer experiences.
When corporation get too big, they loose control without strong leadership at all levels.
I hate ebay for this reason, they are similar to AC in many ways except for the third world call centres and ESL issues, lol.
