Skyteam Lounge Cancun Terminal 3?

I am flying business class to CUN, DL 531 from ATL. It looks like these flights arrive in Terminal 3. The Delta web page says that the Skyteam lounge is in Terminal 2, which wouldn't be worth the hike. Isn't there a lounge in Terminal 3 as well, or is that one off limits to Delta passengers?
