WOW - I was travelling through YYZ over xmas and I understand its a busy time but what a mess the lounge was - 2 pieces of bread, no cutlery, no coffee, no food at all and the whole lounge was a deplorable mess. I made a comment to the front counter as I only lasted 10 min in the lounge, no coffee even?? she said that they had changed their caterer to COMPASS and because they were the lowest bidder, by cutting staff, they got the gig. this is an international lounge? besides the YVR lounge always being a mess at least they have coffee and food
