Significant flight time change with no notice - any recourse?
Flight from PDX-YYC originally booked leaving 20:25, checked in this am and now leaving at 15:50! No email notification, no phone calls. If I'm unable to make this flight do I have any claim to AC?
This is the ONLY direct flight and all others leave earlier. WJ flight leaves at 21:00 which would be the best option now.
Anyone else see this type of major tweak with no notice?
