What? No, I've never seen this. There is one receipt for everyone on the PNR. The different names and each ticket number is listed at the top middle of the receipt (but it includes everyone)

This is true.

To the OP --

You can either 1) separate the reservations (using the link in the middle of the reservation page) and reprint the receipts after the separation (you'll likely have to click the "add email and send receipt" button rather than just "view receipt), 2) print the e-ticket receipt at the airport from a kiosk or by an agent as these will only include a single passenger, or 3) do as emcampbe suggests and just expense 50% of the total amount on the receipt.
