I am still gathering all of the details before I post my update, so I can be as complete as possible. The thing I am waiting on right now is a copy of my folio. I saw my folio on the TV in my room and there were several overcharges. I asked for a copy when I checked out, and was told that their printers were down (which is kind of BS because they were printing other stuff for other guests). I have been working with Marriott Customer Care to get a copy, and they have also been unsuccessful. Once I have the details from my bill, I will post the complete update.
This was only the tip of the iceberg. There were many, MANY other issues.
