If you have access, there's also an Alaska airlines club in T6 that has a pretty good breakfast spread. I can't speak it drinks or lunch since I've only used it in the morning.

In T6 itself there's a Rubys diner. Standard burgers and shakes that you'd expect from Ruby's if you've been to one outside the airport.

Your best bet if you have time is to take the connector to T5 (behind security) and eat at rock n brews. T5 actually has some other decent options too and the walk is only about 10 minutes.
