Ordering a Special Meal in lieu of CE Afternoon Tea

I'm flying with my mother in August and we're departing at 16:45, so presumably it will be an Afternoon Tea service.

Whilst I have no issue with Afternoon Tea and have enjoyed it on many an occasion, my mother isn't a big fan (or any type of fan for that matter; she's actually a human).

I'm aware I can pre-order her a special meal through MMB, but I wondered what the advice is on booking these? From searching around on BAFT I see quite a few people recommend the seafood option, but I don't see that - does that mean it's not available?

Here are the options I get:

Can anyone recommend what might be best or is it just trial and error?
Does anyone have examples of which meals fall under which categories?
Is it better to go for something more specific like Vegan or Kosher, or more open like Low Calorie or Low Fat?
She'd like something plentiful, though not too unhealthy, salad would be fine, or a hot meal.

Apologies; appreciate this might be a bit of a stab in the dark, but any guidance would be very welcome.
