Are Qatar at all flexible with 'extra' children lounge guests?

Title says it all really. I tend to do most of my 'back-of-bus' family flying split between BA (who take a strict +1 line in their lounges) and Virgin (who are happy to let my 2 kids in as well for a reasonable fee, or even free in some of their contracted locations like DXB).

However, I'm looking at some insanely cheap QR Y fares LHR-DOH-DXB, and it would ease my pain considerably if I thought they would let me plus wife and 2 kids into any of their lounges with my OWE status. Less bothered about DOH as the layovers are short, although I did quite like the Al-Mourjan lounge, so even 30 minutes in there would be nice!

Just to be clear, I'm happy to pay a reasonable extra charge for the privilege, this is really a question around how hardline/flexible QR are on policy...

On a related note, would other OWE benefits like 1st check in, priority security and boarding apply to all 4 of us assuming we're on the same booking?

Many thanks
