I'd say yes, it's a bit easier for the window seat pax to get over the aisle one in row 6. For one, the bulkhead console with the IFE screens provides a better opportunity to hold and grab onto it than the seatback shells of the other rows that's not present in the bulkhead, and there is more space to place your feet around the extended seat of the aisle passenger.
I regularly fly this in 6D (this seat has the most floor space in the whole plane, including F) and the passengers in 6F always managed stepping over me and the dog on their way to the lav without disturbing either of us much.
