Not sure if the fare classes line up, but three round-trips YYZ-DFW-HKG would net you 55,926 miles and should just be doable in seven straight days.

$2511 for three of those airfares should leave you just enough for the bookend legs ORD-YYZ, and the Costco bottle of Valium you'd need to survive flying 119 hours in Economy in one week.
