I would not think this would be possible. I'm not even sure you can PC from the AA Exec to the Prestige, but if you could, it would probably take a couple weeks to get it completed, and the airline credit wouldn't show up until the following statement (it's $250 now, BTW). The odds of squeezing all that in before the AF posts this month are slim to none.
