The Friday evening, back Sunday is a fairly big limiter to long distance MR's.
Best I could come up with was SFO-HKG-GUM departing 13.25 Friday arriving Sunday 05.30. Then returning GUM-HNL-LAX-SFO, departing 07.00 Sun and arriving 08.25 Sunday thanks to crossing the date line.
15,888 miles at 5.6cpm. Not great but at least you rack up some miles.
