I called multiple times to book a free night in mid Dec and was on hold for 5-10 minutes each time. When I finally reached a human, she says she can't perform the duty because, guess what, this isn't the IC line, because apparently the IC line was so busy that they transferred me to the regular line. Pretty sad.
