Just finished a round the world trip in J using AE points, and ironically the AC flight was the worst. It started in GVA when the tv broke off from the stand, and maintenance wanted to just duct tape it on (I Insisted they fix it, as it was an 8 hour daytime flight). I even asked them to test it, but they declined saying it would work. In the air, the tv was flickering and made watching a movie impossible. Even using the map froze and had to get the tv reset.

This in addition to a seat that needed to be manually reset twice as it would not recline.

None of the crew ever saw it before, and I was wondering if anyone saw this happen before. Either way, it is something I found quite surprising!
