The first thing I noticed was that it had a simpler / different handle. It looked "cheaper" so I went ahead and just ordered a Crew 9 22 over the Crew 10. I will let you know how it goes.

I ordered my brand spanking new Travelpro Crew 9 from Amazon on a killer deal IMHO ($145). It has been a bit of a dream to own a Crew series and I was soon the proud owner of one! How cool are they? WAY COOL!...
That lasted about 30 minutes. I went to start packing for my first segment with my trusty new bag. I notices the left wheel rattles when is spun. I then noticed the right wheel did not spin at all and made a screeeeeeech noise. Kind of like saran wrap being twisted and torn. I looked up the causes and that required disassembly or taking to a service depot....The interior lining was all wadded up and looked like they assembled it in a real hurry. The bag also has a stench that can only be explained as rotten paper. THIS IS A BRAND NEW BAG! the "top of the line", the "choice of flight crews" boy was I disappointed. I immediacy went back to my "inferior" brand and model bag that had lasted 5+ years already and submitted a return receipt to Amazon.
