MCT is intended to include time to transfer bags.
That's not what the baggage handler lead me to believe. He didn't say we are short handed today or machines are down. He said UA is booking passenger flights too close together and they can't get them to the terminal 7 in time to be loaded.
I do admire his frankness so I didn't mention his name when I contacted United, but I do expect United to not book such tickets without telling me.
