I'm looking for a better deal on the Courtyard Keene Downtown in Keene, NH for May 23-25, 2015.

The advance purchase rate would be $346.62 including tax (no cancellation allowed), and the weekend rate would be $368.42 including tax (cancellation until 1 day before arrival).
