I like Frank van der Post but believe he is being forced out rather than choosing to leave. His background is in luxury hotels. This contrasts sharply to others in similar roles who have jumped from T-mobile straight into BA brand managing. I don't know who his replacement will be but if it's someone with a background in luxury hotels, or someone who isn't obsessed with 'waste' I think we will be okay.
