Golly gosh, talking about premium presentation

Not that this will help you with the meal you received, nor will it change immediately but I can't say it enough. Please let BA know and tell them how disappointed you are.
Don't get me wrong, you may just get a standard reply "we are taking your feedback seriously bla bla bla" but complaints get tracked and if not enough people complain nothing will even be considered to be changed.
That said, many fear, with the departure of Frank vdP, things will indeed go downhill once again.
