I'm sure FAs include some very fine people. I'm delighted that you find them funny but I don't need to get to know them to understand their job. Despite what they'd like to believe, safety is a relatively minor role in their jobs, which are mostly about selling the company's brand and selling merchandise (e.g. Food & beverage) to the flying public.
Actually, this seems very personal to you, and your argument does seem to be about FAs due to your constant mantra that this FA should be fired and shamed for following FAA safety regulations. There are many who are supporting the United FA. Are we all suspected FAs? Perhaps some of us know FAs. Maybe some of us have sisters or brothers who are FAs. Maybe some of us are married to a FA. Maybe some of us have actually talked to them.

Wow. Just wow. I'm speechless.

And it's quite obvious that you don't understand a FA's job at all. Go ahead and believe that their primary job is not safety. And when you or a loved one has a medical emergency on board, I guess you won't expect the FAs on board to do anything since they're basically just selling the "company brand." And during an emergency evacuation or inflight fire, just remind yourself that they're only there to sell merchandise and the company brand. If the FA's primary job was what you think it is, the FAA wouldn't mandate that a certain number of FAs have to work each aircraft. Then the airlines would probably replace them with vending machines, and you'd never have to deal with them again.
