I will talk to a few TA's over the next week and see what type of response I get. As an example I booked a trip DUB-Pamplona this morning which was particularly time consuming. The solution was to book the outbound on ba.com and the inbound on Iberia.com to get the flight times and price that I wanted. Trying to book the complete trip on either one gave either limited flight options(BA) or silly prices(IB). This is probably a situation where a TA would speed things up.
