Unfortunately HND services arrive at a relatively inconvenient time (a holdover from when the government only wanted Domestic stuff at HND and NRT to be International, I think, but perhaps now there is some err, lobbying to restrict more convenient slot times...!) - 2245 scheduled at HND whereas it's a 1720 arrival at NRT.

NRT does have the relatively convenient Narita Express train to Tokyo station where your hotel can arrange a much more reasonable transfer (or taxi from there), or the limousine bus, which I found to be quite decent - not a nasty tour coach at all but a quite pleasant road trip. Nice views (if you like that sort of thing).
