Not the end of the world, but I just realized that European flight pass books in V, which is quite different than North American... so the number of E-upgrades required is higher from V.
Also harder to book a last minute flight as that fare class might be sold out. A flight has to be pretty close to capacity (or oversold) for M to be unavailable.
