Sadly, my experience with Ritz is they nickle and dime you.
I will never forget my $10 coke at Ritz where he pored it from the small bottle into the glass.
Asked for a refill, another $10 for him to pick up the same bottle.

Lots of little stuff like that. Not a big deal but never felt anything special about the place.
Just seemed overpriced and I have had better service at JW, Renissance and Marriot
