My biggest question is how do you have anywhere near enough bandwidth, even given that time, to download any movies?
(most of the movies that I download are 0.8-3 GB. You are lucky to get even 1 Mbps on an aircraft, much less this kind of bandwidth via satellite.)
Anyhow, customs never checks for this kind of stuff in my experience (and I delete movies when I no longer want to watch them, and when I do download, I route it via VPN for added security. That being said, I don't have any really nasty stuff like child porn.)
