It appears to tell me that I don't have a companion pass, although Soutwest's customer service folks confirm that I do and that I have a designated companion. They also said that they can book the companion pass res for me----but then I lose on-line control of it and would have to call back to make any changes.
Guess I will have to call (for the third time) and rely on their booking system.
Ugh.
I have had a companion pass since they were introduced and do dozens of companion bookings each year, so it is not "pilot error" on my part.
Yes that is the same message I was getting. Calling in worked, but obviously not ideal to have to do that every time.
