Hello! I will be arriving HKG on CX (F) from Haneda at 3pm. Originally I was going to spend some time in Hong Kong, but something came up, and so I must travel on to BKK on the same day. My flight to BKK is on Emirates which leaves at 9pm. My questions are:

1) Do I have enough time to go into the city for an early dinner and come back?
2) Will I be able to access CX F lounges at HKG?
