No doubt, you'll know better than me for sure. I know in summer there were works on other stations on the Thameslink line and not all stops were accessible. I don't know if the train service itself is reduced, or if the stops are fewer and you have to go to other stations. Hopefully it will be the latter and I can ride to Farringdon or St Pancras and catch the train there instead.
I think the systematic stop ceased on 20 December. It does indeed continue stopping at other stations (St Pancras, Farringdon, Blackfriars etc) and I think that there are also extra trains to Elephant and Castle. Sadly, neither is as convenient to me as I normally do the uber-frequent Charing Cross-LB and then usually have a same platform change.
