Dont you need to pay a 4 to 5% fee to transfer the balance? Not to mention you probably have already paid a fee to begin with when you take on the 0% balance offer...
Besides, $1750 is a very low amount, but if this would hamper your emergency fund, then you may be stretching you finance too thin. May be it is time to forget about about the miles and points game, until you have taken care of the move and the financial needs that entail. Otherwise, you are essentially paying a high price for those "earned" reward points.
